Over 50 million people, just like you, already use Outlook as their communications and organising software. Outlook is extremely powerful, but it tries to be all things to all men. You want it to do something a bit special just for you; something that you might have to purchase a more expensive CRM package to achieve, and still not get the power of ContacTree. Now you can keep all your familiar communications processes and maintain your Contact database within Outlook; just add the special functions of ContacTree without changing the way you like to work.

ContacTree adds extra dimensions to your Outlook.
Outlook has a very one-dimensional contact database. One contact - one company - one location! ContacTree is designed for the situations where you have many contacts at each organisation site, and you want to be able to keep them as groups. ContacTree allows you to do this by creating a master organisation record for the entire group; hence, when the organisation details change, all the records change with it - completely automatically. It even allows you to have multiple locations for the same company, independent of the reporting structure.

You can now speed up the process of capturing your Contact data.
When you enter new Contact data, ContacTree automatically creates the separate organisation record at the same time - unless it recognizes it as a record that it already has, in which case it's even quicker. Typically you can get a new record into Outlook in just one tenth of the time it used to take you. For even greater efficiency ContacTree also provides you with tools to automatically create batches of records from your e-mail, and from reports that you write about those important customer meetings and Trade Show visitors. We call this our Axelerator™ module, which uses all the up-to-date tricks of 'auto complete' and drop-down look-up boxes.

The picture that is worth a thousand words.
You might decide to use ContacTree just because the front-end is so slick, but the really unique aspect of ContacTree is its ability to sort and display not just the relationships within all of these organisations, but even how those organisations may be structured or related to one another. All you have to do is to find out who each of your Contacts reports to, and ContacTree will automatically compute the organisation structure and plot it out for you in the familiar Org Chart, or organogram format. Now you can draw a picture of where everyone fits in and, in particular, where you are missing pieces of the jigsaw. Truly the Marketeer's dream of the 'picture that is worth a thousand words'. You probably won't need this for most of your individual contacts, but when you have a big group of contacts you will know when you do need it!
