We provided ContacTree with Axelerator to reduce from minutes
to seconds the time it takes you to create or, more especially,
to maintain a record. Enter just one line of data into ContacTree's
unique Axelerator to create in Outlook three distinct but
linked 'Contact', 'Organisation' and 'Location' records.
Now if an organisation moves, you only have to change one record
to change the addresses of all its people. The same if only one
branch location changes. No other Business Contact Manager allows
you to define these three separate addresses for on individual and
his company. Now you can start a group of records with incomplete
information, knowing that you can update them easily only as you
need to.
Ghost Records
Often you want to keep a history of your Contacts and where they
used to work. You can't do that with Outlook, but you can with ContacTree.
You can also see who used to have your Contact's job, or where he
used to work, and use it to keep a running CV (resumé) for
him. You can also make ghost reocrds if an Organization changes
its name.

You may not need a CRM package today, but when you do, ContacTree
will still fit right in there. You will find that it is all compatible
with Outlook 2003 and BCM, as well as Microsoft CRM or any other
Outlook-based system.
